Over the past 20 years, Anouk De Blieck has been a senior leader and advisor to organisations in the Technology, Payments and Banking sectors, including; ANZ, Visa and SoftServe.

She began her leadership career in Sales, Operations & Project Management, before moving to regional and global HR leadership positions in emerging and mature markets across EMEA, Asia, North America and Oceania.

Anouk managed geographically dispersed teams of up to 600 people, supporting up to 20K employees, and developed the strategy and implementation of several large-scale Human Capital interventions which focused on value creation, crisis management and transformation.

Anouk has lived and worked all over the globe including New York, Moscow, Hong Kong, Singapore, Melbourne and Turin, where she now resides.

She holds a Bachelor of Education from Antwerp University and has completed a Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University, as well as an Executive Leadership Program at MIT Institute of Executive Education. She also graduated from the Board Directors Program from IMD Business School in Lausanne.

Anouk is passionate about radical change management, international business, progressing women in business and playing her part in advancing the global HR communities’ ability to innovate, create value and transform in a VUCA world.
